Spruce City Skating Club
Just north of Prince George's city centre; The Spruce City Skating Club has been skating out of the Elksentre Arena since 1977.
The Club has grown from a small recreational club to one that has had national level skaters due in large part to the excellent group coaching staff and the hard working executive.
The Club offers lessons from the Canskate to the Competitive level during the winter season (September to March ). They also host spring and summer schools. For more information about the club, the Executive, how to join, the skating rink and some fun skating information use the links on the top.
The Spruce City Skating Club has been registered with Skate Canada since 1977 and is a Skate Canada Honor Roll recipient.
The primary goal of the Club is to provide a safe, positive environment for each of our skaters. Whether beginner, recreational or competitive, attaining one's maximum potential should be fun.
Winter Ice
Winter ice continues until March 15th, 2008. Registration for the spring sessions of CanSkate and CanPower will take place 15 minutes prior to sessions in the first week. The spring sessions start January 8, 2008. Check out our winter schedule.
